Petra Němcová (born June 24, 1979 in Karviná; pronounced Nyemtsovah) is a Czechoslovakian-born fashion model and author. She was featured on the cover of the 2003 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and has also modeled for Victoria's Secret, and for many other companies in the women's clothing market.

On June 3, 2004, she was one of the telecast judges during the 53rd annual Miss Universe competition in Quito, Ecuador.

During the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, Petra was at the Khao Lak resort in Thailand with her main photographer and fiancé, Simon Atlee when a tsunami struck where they were staying.

Atlee was killed by drowning, and Němcová suffered a broken pelvis and serious internal injuries, and was stripped naked of her swimsuit, but she managed to hold onto the top of a palm tree, reportedly for eight hours, until she was rescued by Thai civilians and airlifted to an inland hospital nearby. Petra spent three weeks in a Thai hospital, and then flew home to the Czech Republic, where she spent an additional three weeks in the hospital. Her first interview after her near-death experience was with Diane Sawyer on ABC's Primetime Live, on March 9, 2005. Petra has also told of her experiences on the "Coady Read Live" program on CNN television.

Glamour magazine recently awarded Němcová a "Survivor Award" for the tsunami ordeal, and how she has picked up her life since then (her comeback being complete with her appearance in the 2006 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue).

She wrote Love Always, Petra, ISBN 0446579130, published December 2005. It tells of her early life under Communist rule in Czechoslovakia, her entrance into the field of fashion and modeling, and her breakthrough into Sports Illustrated, which was her springboard to becoming a supermodel. She also tells of her life with Simon Atlee and how they fell in love and became engaged to marry.

She has been romantically linked and photographed with singer James Blunt. Pictures of them together in Ibiza were published online in early June 2006. On July 2006, Němcová confirmed that she and Blunt are a couple.

Gemma Atkinson (born October 17, 1984 in Bury, Greater Manchester) is a British actress and glamour model

Originally from Manchester, she took her GCSEs at Castlebrook High School. Atkinson then became a model, but came to fame playing Lisa Hunter on the teenage soap opera Hollyoaks. She and Marcus Patric (Ben Davies in Hollyoaks) subsequently appeared in a spin-off series called Hollyoaks Let Loose, in which their characters start a new life living together in Chester. This has been followed up with Hollyoaks: In the City, in which their characters return to the UK and set up home in Liverpool

In early 2006, Atkinson underwent breast enlargement surgery, which took her chest to a 34D. She has commented in an interview with FHM magazine that she can no longer see her toes when standing up since she had the surgery. She is currently planning another operation to further increase her chest size in Summer 2007. She has declared an ambition to be the new Jordan

Atkinson is touted by the press as one of the celebrities signed up to star in the 2006 series of "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!"


Personal life

After dating former Emmerdale star Cleveland Campbell, Atkinson presently shares her Cheshire home with Charlton Athletic F.C. striker Marcus Bent. Bent ditched fiancee Kelly Clark - mother of his two-year-old daughter - after meeting Gemma at a party just months before a planned wedding

Atkinson and Bent are regular on the Manchester club scene, with numerous tabloid recorded rows over her drinking

Anouck Lepere (born February 15, 1982 in Antwerp, Belgium) is a Belgian supermodel.

She first appeared on the runways of Paris in 2000. She is currently signed with IMG Models, and has a three-year skincare and cosmetic contract with Shiseido.
Anouck Lepere was discovered in 2000 after participating in fashion shows put on by students at her university. She was an instant hit, and was soon chosen to model lingerie for Victoria’s Secret.

She studied architecture before she took up modeling.
